Liked: Easy access, friendly staff, quiet

Good enough for what we needed Liked: Staff very friendly, clean and decently priced. Hotel was recently renovated. Disliked: No smart TVs, doors and locks for rooms didn’t seem secure.

Hotel Stole $100, bugs in room, rude staff, unsanitary rooms! Liked: Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing I enjoyed about my stay at this hotel. The negative experiences far outweighed any possible positives. The only good thing I can say is that it provided a roof over my head and a place to sleep, but even that was overshadowed by the disappointing experience. I genuinely wish I had something positive to say, but I cannot recommend this hotel based on my stay. Disliked: My stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible from beginning to end. We booked a room with two queen beds for three guests, yet I had to argue with the staff just to receive additional towels. They insisted on providing only two towels, despite having three people in the room. The housekeeping was practically nonexistent! Not once did housekeeping come into our room to make the beds, replace the toilet paper, provide fresh towels, or perform basic cleaning. We were left having to hunt down staff just to get basic necessities that should have been provided without question. For a hotel that charges guests to stay, this level of neglect is completely unacceptable. The appliances were awful. The refrigerator did not keep our food or drinks cold, and the air conditioning barely worked, making the room feel like a sauna. To make matters worse, there were bugs in the room! What made the experience even more frustrating was the rude and unprofessional staff. Whenever we raised a concern, instead of offering assistance or solutions, they were dismissive and made us feel as though we were the problem. Rather than taking accountability, they made us feel like we were being unreasonable for expecting basic hotel accommodations. We also had an issue involving $100 that was wrongfully taken from us by the front office staff! Dishonest, thieves! For the amount of money guests pay, basic necessities such as working appliances, functioning air conditioning, clean rooms, housekeeping services, and adequate towels should not be too much to ask. Customer service was practically nonexistent, and the entire experience was disappointing and frustrating. After experiencing this hotel firsthand, I completely understand why its ratings are in the low threes. The negative experiences far outweighed anything remotely positive about this establishment. The only thing this hotel provided was a roof over our heads, and even that came with unnecessary stress.

Brief Liked: The property has obviously replaced all its carpet with laminate floors. This created a lot of noise. We were on the ground floor, and the family above us was extremely loud and made it very difficult to sleep. We heard every little noise, even the rolling of their suitcase across the floor. The bed felt slightly damp and never really felt dry the whole time so that was very uncomfortable. The hotel looks like it needs to have a little bit more maintenance in the rooms. The floors had gaps in the floor and around the edges of the bathroom did not look very good. Disliked: The staff was very helpful and friendly
